About Us

About ALBCONNECT Ltd
🗣️ Our Story
Albconnect grew from years of experience in teaching, translation, and community work.
Our team saw the challenges faced by Albanians abroad — families wanting to raise bilingual children, professionals who needed certified translations, and individuals struggling to express themselves in a new language.
We also saw the other side — professionals, law firms, and organisations trying to support Albanian-speaking clients but needing reliable language and cultural understanding.
So we brought those worlds together.
Albconnect stands between languages, offering professional translation and interpreting, language education, and community connection — a complete bridge between understanding and opportunity.
Our Values
We built Albconnect around three simple values that guide everything we do:
-
Respect and Understanding
Every person and every word matters. We listen carefully, work accurately, and always protect confidentiality. -
Community and Cooperation
We believe people grow stronger together. That’s why we collaborate with volunteers, charities, and professionals who share our vision of inclusion and support. -
Growth and Opportunity
Learning a language can change a life. We see this every day — a student gaining confidence, a parent finding their voice, a client understanding a document that opens a new door.
🌍 Who We Work With
We proudly support:
-
Individuals and families who need help with translations or learning English.
-
Law firms, councils, and organisations that require certified Albanian–English translations or interpreting.
-
Volunteers and professionals — from social workers to psychologists — who want to help others access support.
Our team combines professional training with genuine empathy. We understand both the legal language of systems and the human language of care.
🤝 Our Vision for the Future
Albconnect’s next step is to grow our community side — creating a network of Albanians and friends of Albania who share knowledge, volunteer, and collaborate.
We plan to register as a Community Interest Company (CIC), expanding our reach, working alongside charities like Shpresa Programme, and offering more educational and social opportunities.
